2019 Trivia Lists Day 4: the letter D and the number 4

Following on from yesterday’s set of lists here are some challenges involving things that begin with the letter D (including countries, capital cities and chemical elements) or come fourth numerically (such as the fourth Pope and the fourth President of the USA). Chemical Elements: there are 3 elements whose names begin with D (their symbols also begin with D).
